What happened the last 2-3 months THERE ISN'T ANY CHAT OR TELEPHONE SUPPORT FROM PAYPAL?

 

WHAT IS HAPPENED????

 

THE ONLY WAY WE CA SPEAK WITH SUPPORT TEAM NOW IS THE MESSAGES?????
