I received a letter from a collection agency with some person's name with my home address. It is Debt description as PayPal account and there is also an account # listed. How do I make sure I am secure here? It looks like attempt for an identity/ address theft.
How do I report this to PayPal, I don't see any options anywhere under my account to call or send a request to customer service regarding this matter.
