Sent money only some of it arrived!

Hi,

I was wondering if this has happened to other people. I just bought something for £7.00 and the recipient only received £6.50. She screenshotted me her page which showed £6.50, yet my payment clearly showed £7.00.

How is this possible please.

Paypal deducts their fee from your payment before the remainder is credited to the sellers paypal account balance.

Surely your seller knows that they have to pay a fee to use Paypal? Otherwise how would Paypal fund the service and pay their staff.
