A while back I was approached by a scam artist with a story about a sick baby. Gave her some money through PayPal. Days later she returned, wanting more, and became agitated. I realized I was dealing with a drug abuser. I politely told her to seek help. She harassed me at PayPal sending requests to beg for money. I kept having to reject them. I looked all around PayPal's Help page for a way to block her. Seems there is no way. Tonight I got yet another request full of lies about a sick child. PayPal does nothing, doesn't care, and gives me no way to get rid of her.
I guess I'll be forced to delete this entire account. That's the only thing I can think of to make her stop.
