Restricted account

I am getting emails that my account is temp restricted. But when I log in to Paypal I am not seeing any restrictions notices. Im so confused.. Got a msg from Hulu that paypal has restricted my account. What can I do?

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
