Refund Buyer

In a recent transaction, an item got lost in transit by USPS - which I followed up with USPS to open an investigation. Still waiting to hear back.

 

I've been in complete communication with the buyer and now the buyer wishes to be refunded which I am okay with.

 

Just want to make sure PayPal has me covered, any help with this would be great. I've never had to refund or had a package go missing.
