Has anyone paid a deposit and then paid in full when the puppy was shipped. This woman has good reviews, but what recourse do you have if they never ship you the puppy. (I have arranged for the transportation, but will not be able to do this all in person) If I pay with pay pal and never receive the dog, will paypal stand behind me?
