Can anyone find in all the terms and conditions where Payal has the right to request a current credit card statement? What right do they have to see charges to other merchants? Its an invasion of my credit privacy. I wrote them the following but of course no answer. If you get approval from the credit card company to charge the card, and it is a company that automatically allows PayPal acess , why is it necessary to lock an account for a copy of the statement? It might be against credit reporting laws for you to request a copy of the credit card statement that has other merchant charges on them. I have used your service for 20 years without a current statement, what bright mind came up with this open door to liability to this company ?
