So there was someone want to buy my items, but exceed the price which I listed for 220 and that guy want to pay 270. After that I got a PayPal emails said that the money will be hold until I send them the tracking or the receipt. Also the emails that I receive are from a random email but not from PayPal service . Is this scam ? Please help me asap
