I've had a text message from 67975 - is this a genuine Paypal number? A search online shows that caution is necessary as it's been associated with phishing. Can any one confirm please.
I'm cautious because my wife, who does not have a Paypal account and whose details are not on my account, had a message yesterday from another number saying that her account had been limited. .....! An obvious scam. Then when I tried to login in I had a warning message saying that I should change my password as the account may have been compromised. I have done this, but got the text in the process from the 67975. I think it's legit, but given the circumstances I thought I'd ask! Thanks
