I noticed no partial refund of Paypal fees on a very small refund transaction (refunded the postage as the customer ordered twice by accident then decided they actually did want the duplicate, so shipped both together) 3 days ago, 13 March 2020.
Did anyone else not get any email to advise a change of policy until today (16th March 2020) (fees no longer refunded on a transaction where payment is refunded or partially refunded unless the payment is voided).
Surely this is illegal to change the T&C without informing the customer beforehand of the change? I can find NO reference to this change till today's email.
Its been in the new policy changes for weeks.
