Paypal sent over $500USD to someone else's bank account. The last 4 digits of the account yo which they sent my money do not match any account I have. They do not match the account number I have listed with PayPal. PayPal has left me on hold for over an hour. Their voice message said the wait time was 35 to 57 minutes. I am beginning to feel like this is a scam or that PP is trying to cover up its mistake.
