I received payment of 100 Euros from Germany recently, according to the fees page PayPal should have deducted 4.4% + 0.35 Euros which is 4.75 Euros but instead it deducted 5.61 Euros. As if already the fees rates weren't high, and the lack of breakdown of fees in the transaction page, why did PayPal deduct little extra? Why so much? 5.6% of my money? Is there any max cap or limit or down the line over the years?
