Package tracking

I ordered a package from a company that uses PayPal on June 9th I have yet to receive the package and I don’t know how to track it ? Not sure if I track it using PayPal receipt number or the order number the company gave me????

A tracking number is provided by the seller / company that you order from once they have sent your item in the postal system so you can track it through that system. Not all sellers send 'trackable'.

If you haven't received the item then contact the seller first to ask where it is / approx date of despatch etc and see if they will refund if its lost in the post.

If no joy with the seller then you can open a paypal dispute for non receipt of item.
