Hi all I want to start selling with an online shop, unfortunately in Namibia online payments for goods and services are not allowed. What I want to do is set up the PayPal account with an account in Germany that belongs to a friend. How do I proceed ?
You don't, if you try and use another countries paypal account in Namibia it would soon be limited and you would still not be able to receive funds as its not supported in your country.
Advice is voluntary. Kudos / Solution appreciated.
If I had a German bank account I assume I can set up a payPal account in Germany and use it to accept payment from my .com website regardless of where it is ?
