When I donate, I encourage non-profits to use PayPal, as it is generally quicker and more secure. I am curious- does Pay Pal, during this time of utter despair for many, waive off it's own fees, just during this few months that we hope will see brighter days ahead ?
On the island where we live, many ( some) landlords have reduced their rent, and the local government has waived late fees, etc.
