So I have a question?! So if someone sends you money from America to Australia. To recieve the payment do I have to pay a fee on my side to recieve the payment? As I’m being asked to pay a fee in order to recieve my payment
If you are selling goods/services then yes you pay the fee which is auto deducted from your buyers payment before the remainder is credited to your paypal balance.
You don't ''send'' a fee it is done automatically when a buyer pays.
