Is anyone having issues with live chat?

I couldn’t see what I was typing until I hit down arrow which removed keyboard on iPad.  Then it kept saying live chat is laughing unavailable

We are not aware of any specific issues with our chat at the moment. However, it sounds like you may be facing a technical issue. I would recommend clearing your cache and cookies and deleting your browser history before trying again.
