Ok, I sold a guy a pair of snowboard bindings.
I also tossed in an extra pair for free.
Buddy received the package (tracking number says he got it)
Which he did because he sent the free pair I sent him back to me.
He then filed a claim against me.
The reason given was "buyer needs more information"
He won despite all the info & screenshots I gave.
Still all the info I was given AFTER he won was "buyer needs more information"
I sent screenshots of the tracking number, screenshots of our conversation.
Plus screenshots of a transaction he had with someone else in which he did the same thing to them.
How is this possible?
