I simply want to know how to delete or demand to be deleted this annoying horizontal page wide and two inch high blue box limiting us to merely click to "accept cookies" but no option to "decline cookies". We customers all pay PayPal for services rendered. Nothing they do for us is free. Thus being annoyed with unsolicited ad cookies is not our obligation, at least not unless we are tangibly compensated to tolerate their hustle. Business gains are supposed to be rewardingly reciprocal, not a one way benefit. I hate to be hijacked by anyone even billionaire PayPal operatives. Maybe if more of us more ethical and more street savvy middle class consumers showed economic backbone, we would not be taken for granted so often.
