hi everyone, last week I worked on a site for my client, the owner of the site want to send money through PayPal but the main issue is that I'm a Pakistani citizen and Here there is no PayPal service available, here there is any other way that can I create an account and received my payment.

Sadly not as paypal is not available or supported in Pakistan but I think xoom is as per link.

You should not be using another countries paypal account as its against paypal rules and if you have money sent to it you would never be able to verify it to access those funds.
