How to Send Money For Free to Other Countries

HI Paypal Community, 

I am trying to figure out how i can send money transfer for free in america. 

I have balance in USD, but i still cant send the money without a fee. 

Any advice would be appreciated.

Hi @sstadnek,

Has your friend confirmed her email address and either added and confirmed a bank account or completed the steps to have a PayPal Cash or Cash Plus account? A confirmed address is needed to receive a payment in any country, and in the US, either a confirmed bank or a PayPal Cash or Cash Plus account is needed to receive a payment.
