How do I chat with Customer Service? Still exists?

I chatted with them the other day, but now that option isn't available, even when I choose, as I recall, the same options.
I can only call, email or post here.  Anyone have a trick that is more likely to make it available?

(I searched, but this community seems chock full of outdated, incorrect info.
