How can I Connect my Paypal with Amazon Web Services?

i'm trying to connect my paypal to AWS but it ask for the Card Number, son my paypal doesn't have a card number, son how can i connect both together

Not possible. PayPal debit/credit cards not available in Egypt.

@sharpiemarker you can create a paypal account and connect it with a card in egypt call easy pay

but i can't find the card number for Paypal account, so i cant add it as a payment method
