Help, I can't seem to create donate account.

Hi all,
as the title says, I can't create a donate button. The 'donate' button is there in https://www.paypal.com/buttons , but it redirects me back to the same page everytime I click it. Please help.

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
