Contact Telephone Number is a feature that lets you obtain the contact telephone numbers that PayPal collects from your buyers. Contact Telephone Number is off by default.

Log in to your PayPal business account at paypal.com.
Click the settings icon at the top of your PayPal account page and then click Profile and settings. <<< This link is not there.
