From someone paypal to my bank acc

Hello community,

yesterday I made a deal with a gentleman who was to send me money from his paypal account to my bank account. He also sent for the post and I had to pay the post to the courier again. Payment was made via moonpay and I bought bitcoin. Is it a standard procedure or a scam? The payment took longer because moonpay verified my identity so the bitcoin wallet expired and they wanted me to make another payment but the money left my account.

Please help how to solve this. Iam adding some screenshots from mial.
