When I send money to ONE of my friends it keeps saying there's a fee. She's in the U.S. so it's not international. Has anyone figured out why? It seems like it's a setting with HER account because multiple people have tried and it says fee for everyone but when we switch it to goods there is no fee. It's backwards.
