Why am I being charged a fee to send to Friends & Family? I was told that there wouldn't be a fee charged to send to Friends & Family. Is the fee if I am the one sending money or is my friend/family also being charged a fee for accepting the money? Is there a difference in sending money on my debit/credit card versus my bank account?
