I know paying shipping fees is standard PAYPAL practice before money is released but the email address doesnt look like paypal and im concerned. Does anyone know what email address paypal usually corresponds with?

Are you talking about a scam?

Paypal never tell you to ship an item BEFORE the funds are showing in your paypal balance.

Paypal does not tell you to pay upfront a buyers courier before the funds are showing in your balance.
