Hi all. So a customer purchased on my website and paid using paypal. Unfortunately I had forgotten that I had disabled this email account that's set-up to receive my payments for that site months ago.
So what I did was to create the email account again (it's a gmail hosted work account) and created a new PayPal account using the same email.
Now, I still cannot trace the money sent by my customer. I do have a transaction ID but when I click on it via my ecom platform it leads to my paypal account showing a message saying "We are not able to find this transaction ID."
Can anyone please help me find this lost payment?
