Is anyone else having problems contacting customer service? I call in and go through the prompts to get to someone at their call center only to be hung up on after being told to send a message through the help tab on the bottom of every PayPal page. I was able to get through on the 16th and the woman, who spoke the worst English I have heard lately, has canceled my card without informing me she was doing so or why she was doing this. Now I am unable to get through to talk to anyone and no-one is responding to the messages I have sent. This is very irritating.
