I have been trying to close my PayPal account. I have €0.01 credit. PayPal say I can’t close my account I have to have a minimum of €0.02 I do not have a Euro bank account so cannot transfer euros to close it.
When I look into my bank. Paypal have taken £1.00 and they will not give it me back
what can I do to get my £1.00 back and close my account please
The £1 would be the verification fee, as soon as you enter the code next to it in your paypal wallet to confirm your bank account or card (whichever you added) the fee would be refunded.
Can you try converting the amount in your balance to £££ and the withdrawing it?
