Hello Paypal community. My friend and I registered and paid to a certain website, we are both from Philippines. After my friend has successfully paid the registration, the amount charged was $10 or P480+ but when I paid the registration, (we paid the same dollar amount of $10) I was charged P506+. In the invoice, I only see $10, I don't see any breakdown.
Is there something that I should tell paypal regarding my account? I have a feeling that I paid tax or some other fees.
