Good morning. Hope you re doing well. I have a question and need your input, please. So, here s the situation: I want to buy an item that costs $600usd from a seller that is located in Turkey. Apparantly, PayPal is not allowed in Turkey. The only way I can send the money is through his Turkish friend who does have a US PayPal account here in the US. Here s my question: if I send the $600usd to his friend here in the US and the item never arrives am I covered (get my $600usd back) through the buy protection? If not, what if his friend sends me an invoice, then I pay the invoice? Am I then covered (get my money back) if the item never arrives? Thank you
