Received money via goods and services vice friends and family. I don’t have a business account and I don’t have a Tax status. Now I’m blocked from sending or receiving. How do I get my account back?
If you were receiving family/friends payments for selling items then you have broken paypal rules / negated your buyers protection and / evaded paying your paypal fee, so they ban you from using paypal normally.
