We are selling a guitar on Ebay. The buyer is now asking that we go ahead and biy a $400 ebay gift card and include it in the box and ship the guitar to his cousin for Christmas. It is a $3000 guitar. If he deposits money into my paypal accout, is it secure? Is there anyway he can take it back out? Does Paypal guarantee the funds? It just sounds a little fishy.
Its a scam, you will get fake emails saying you have to send the gift card code first before funds are released and they never will be as they don't intend paying you anything.
