So this guy Im talking to is trying to send me money via paypal, but for me to recive the money I will have to: «get an Bitcoin of $300 to sort out the transaction charges cus he linked it with an Bitcoin to sort out the transaction charges because the transaction charges has to be sort out before making the payment» so apperently the money is just pending now, until I have done the bitcoin transaction. And it just seems very strange to me.
