I am looking to add a personal/consumer paypal account to my exsisting business paypal account and don't know how to do it.
I am thinking I have to speak with paypal customer service. Anybody know the steps involve if I can do it myself? Or what is the quickest way to get through to customer service? I have already sent them a message through thier chat service. I sent it at 10:00 am and it is now 2:00 pm.
