Pay pal send me an email my money are blocked becouse must to be verified Yesterday I should get money on account I send to buyer an item and I payable refund but I still don't have my money Am I was frauded and scammed? What I should do? Please help me

Are the funds showing in your paypal balance, even if pending or not at all.

If not at all then why would you think you have been paid??
