Hi, i had purchased some stuff by using PayPal(debit card). After i paid my money, although the product website showed me that there is an error for the purchase, the PayPal still charge my money. The PayPal told me that the money has been charged and this is a preauthorize transaction, and it says the transaction detail will be available within one day. But one day has passed and there is still no transaction history in my account (That was actually my first time to use PayPal). Since the transaction haven't showed up yet, i cant make a report regarding to the purchase, hence i can't prove that i have purchased the particular product to the seller. Is there any solution for this? I tried to contact Facebook PayPal live agent but this stupid robot said 'this service is not available at this moment'.
