AU Unexpected fee weirdness - why am I being charged twice ?

PayPal takes a fee when my customers pay me.

Today, for the first time, they also started charging me an extra 3% fee when I withdraw into my bank account.  I've done this dozens of times all year without the fee...

What's going on?  Is it a mistake, or did they just double-up on all our fees quietly?

Same here - what is this? You want ~3% on funds going in and 3% on me taking funds out so Paypal want 6% in total? This is insanity
