hello i have problem pay items trought ebay.

normaly i pay ebay items but now in ebay when i buy items 

pres chose button for pay card/paypal

click on paypal it show me little dialog window where i can paste email and password ten its show me "werifying your informations,, and its still in proces never stop... 

same in ebay aplication on mobile phone

same in different browser! 

after clear history and cashe. 

i am really dissapointed.
