My ebay payments are being rejected at point of sale even though I have 2 cards registered and verified on my PayPal account. I cannot find a number to ring PayPal. I e mailed them one day ago but have not yet had a reply. Has anyone else experienced this problem or can offer any words of advice on this problem please?
