This can happen if your card issuer is denying our request to verify your card. I recommend reaching out to your card issuer directly. If the problem continues please reach out to our custoemr service by phone, Facebook or Twitter.
Unfortunately I haven't got access to your account and I cannot reset your card. In this situation, the best thing to do would be to contact our Customer Care department. They should be able to help you further regarding this.
