Paypal access card

Hi I tried setting my PayPal access card up to my Amazon account for payment. Put correct details in but it's always declined . There's money in paypal. Everywhere I've read is you can use it on that site . Anyone know what I'm doing wrong ? Thanks Paul

Welcome the community forum and thanks for posting.

If your card is being declined when you are trying to use it on Amazon I recommend getting in touch with our Access card team to check this. You will find their contact information here https://www.paypal.com/uk/webapps/mpp/accesscard#faq .

Can I ask why no one from paypal has replied to my message yet? It has had 15 views but not one person has offered any assistance. What is the point of having a commuinity to help if no one actually helps. And why is it so difficult to just speak to someone from paypal?

Payment via the PayPal access card is set up on my Amazon account...and it works.

Basic question - Does your card work with other online retailers?
