Paypal Access Card - Euro and Pound Balance

Hi, 

I have a Paypal Business Access Card and I have Euros and Pounds in my online Paypal account. 

If I go to a Euro currency country, when I pay in the shop using my Paypal access card, does it take the money out of Euro money or Pound money balance ?
