2 hours ago I was transferred money to the paypal account and I have not received them so far

ok when you add funds to your paypal account it says this >>

 

Step 2 – PayPal will send you an email once the money has arrived in your PayPal account. Funds will usually be available in your PayPal account within a few minutes, but please allow up to 4 working days, depending on your bank.
