Linked card is not working anymore

Hi. 

     I used my account since last year and  It's working for online payment. But now my linked card is not accepted anymore. 

I live in myanmar but we dont have paypal in myanmar. I created paypal account for singapore and I linked to my mastercard from my country. 

Is there any solution for this.

Welcome. It sounds like it could be our internal security system stopping your payments. It may be that your account is registered in one country and you are logging in from another.
