I bought something from Amazon Prime but they changed the estimated delivery date, so I cancelled. This was on the 19th Jan, but I've still not got my refund. The seller says the money was just placed and wouldn't have been taken until the item was sent. Fair enough, but I also had a refund from another seller also using the access card and that was in my account 4 days later
